Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Each piece is crafted by hand using natural materials, and for the safety of our customers and their pets, returned items cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review your claim and work with you to resolve it.

Please note that slight variations in color, shape, size, and material are normal and expected with handmade items. These variations do not qualify as defects.
